Virginia County Won't Count 255 Absentee Military Ballots Because of Minor Technicality, Making Big Push to Register Voters in Jail....
Serve your country and you can't vote, but if you get caught selling crack we'll go out of our way to register you...just make sure you vote Obama.....
SPRINGFIELD, Va. — A Republican Fairfax County supervisor is warning that more than 200 absentee ballots from members of the military could go uncounted because of a technicality.
County Registrar Rokey Suleman II has set aside 255 federal write-in absentee ballots because they were submitted without a witness address, supervisor Patrick Herrity said Thursday at a news conference.
A witness address is not required on a normal absentee ballot. But it is required on the federal write-in absentee ballots typically used by military members, Suleman said.
Rep. Tom Davis, R-Va., in a statement circulated by GOP presidential candidate John McCain, chided Suleman for excluding the ballots at a time when some county officials have been making efforts to register inmates at the county jail.
“The Fairfax County registrar is going to great lengths to register voters in the county jail,” Davis said. “It is shameful he is going to even greater lengths to disenfranchise our men and women in uniform.”

If obammy mammy is not a US born citizen, does the military have to follow him?

If not him, then who? Is Biden the leader when he ran on a false ticket?
Does this mean piglucy is in charge?
Wow, maybe telling the truth and being honest does matter after all

DH,
If you heard Berg on Savage yesterday, he said the if it is discovered after the election that the messiah was, in fact, born in Kenya, but wins the election, it will send the US into a Constitutional crisis like none in our history.
He said that if he takes the post as President, the Demturd congress and senate will refuse to impeach him which will lead to all sorts of other problems such as the fact that none of the bills he would sign would be valid or legal. The military would NOT have to follow his orders as Commander in Chief. IMO, all this, if not handled through the courts or congress, could eventually lead to a revolt and the replacement of obama by the People.
The proper venue for this would be a Writ of Quo Warranto filed with the Supreme Court. Being an extraordinary writ created primarily for the purpose of throwing usurpers out of office before any damage can be done by them, this writ must be decided in 3 days or less.
The defendant, upon showing of prima facia evidence that their oath is fatally defective, must then prove it is NOT defective. This is the only quasi-criminal action in American jurisprudence where the defendent is presumed guilty until they prove their innocence. (I've written about this before here.)
This writ can be filed by anyone. You do not have to be a lawyer to file it, only provably offended. That is, to have standing to file the writ, you must prove that you could be directly or indirectly harmed by the usurper. Since every decision by the president effects every person, in normal tmes, this should be easy. So, since the president's duties effect everyone, anyone can file this writ. If the Supreme Court has any legitimacy at all, which may be doubtful, it would rule against obama, or anyone else for that matter, if he cannot prove he is a natural born citizen.
Berg did not mention this. If he did, he knows full well that QW's would be filed in every jurisdiction in the country almost immediately because virtually every oath of office of every official in this country is fatally defective (see 4 USC 101 & 102) and he didn't want to open Pandora's Box. It would bring down every the local, state and federal government in this country virtually overnight, sending congress, the senate, the executive branch, judicial branch, state governorships, attorneys general and every law, order and decision they have ever passed and sighed made null and void.

Thank you Bob.
Now I have a clear as mud picture as to where this may go......
Not because of your well presented reply, but where it leads.
The next revolution?
I can't stand savage. Little people with giant egos are a pain in the ass.

DH,
Well I understand where you're coming from. But I like Michael because he once helped me with a personal matter of great significance. He saved the lives of my children. That's all I will say. You'll just have to take my word. You've just heard his radio personality. Personally, underneath all the bluster, he's an extraordinary and passionate human being who deeply cares about the underdog, freedom and people who've been unjustly screwed. He was once a teacher and a social worker. He spent 20 years in tropical forests searching for and discovering medicinal plants. His book on American Indian herbs and medicines is a classic. I have a copy. But he scares the living hell out of me sometimes with his accurate predictions and he can go a little overboard at times.
If you knew him personally, you would see he really doesn't have a giant ego, it just looks that way. Sometimes huge minds are mistaken for huge egos. He has an IQ of 165 and just looks at life and the world differently than most people. He's also incredibly prescient and clairvoyant. That he's a conservative is actually secondary. He sees a world others can't see. He's usually 6 months or more ahead of everyone else in talk radio.
In any event, no one else in talk radio has the courage or foresight to put Berg on, let alone do 90 minutes of airtime on Obama's birth certificate scandel. Hannity and Limbaugh haven't touched it. This may be the one thing that takes Obama out of the race. The REAL October/November Surprise. Why aren't they following it? I sometimes think that Limbaugh, Hannity and even Levin are pussies more interested in ratings than the truth. Savage is no pussie.
And the truth is really all that matters right now and the MSM and most of the talk radio big shots are running from it for some reason.
The whole frickin' birth certificate thing is a frickin' nightmare for us and the world.
