RAMALLAH, West Bank (Reuters) - Divided and angry, Palestinians mourned Israel's birthday with protests, sirens and black balloons on Thursday as President George W. Bush feted the Jewish state as "a homeland for the chosen people".
Normally a show of Palestinian unity, ceremonies marking the "Nakba" or catastrophe underscored an internal split between President Mahmoud Abbas, who is trying to negotiate a peace deal with Israel, and Hamas Islamists, who oppose the talks.

The only real Nakba happened 1400 years ago when Mo was born. The world has suffered ever since from whatever mental disorder he had.

The Pali savages did have a state in 47. They elected to leave because their Arab friends said they would push the Jews into the sea. They gambled and lost. And for some reason, Jordan ended up with the West Bank and Egypt took Gaza. TFB.

Let's call this what it really is-the 60th anniversary of the palestinian whinefest. This "problem" has always had a solution-let the Arab states take in all those "refugees" and make peace with the fact that Israel exists. But because all those fools are brainwashed by the Koran this artificial problem remains unsolved.
