CAIRO, Egypt  —  Pan-Arab Al-Jazeera TV has broadcast what it describes as a new audio tape by Usama bin Laden in which the Al Qaeda leader slams Palestinian negotiations with Israel and urges holy war for the liberation of Palestine.

Bin Laden says in the recording that "Palestine cannot be retaken by negotiations and dialogue, but with fire and iron."

If Thursday's recording proves to be that of bin Laden, it will be the second audio by the Al Qaeda leader in as many days. Al-Jazeera did not say how it obtained the recording.

Agreed. All these "new" tapes are recycled BS.

Maybe this is the best way for him to disappear. He's no martyr and he won't (can't) fight back. Eventually Al-jazeera will get bored of his "new" tapes and he'll slide quietly into obscurity.
