Waterboarding Broke al-Qaeda Leader in 35 Seconds....
I don't give two shits if terrorists are "tortured," in fact I hope they are, Zubaydah helped stop dozens of attacks. Time for all the bed-wetting liberals to STFU about terrorists rights, why the fuck do they care?....
A former CIA agent has defended the use of torture as an interrogation tool, insisting that the waterboarding of Abu Zubaydah, a major al Qaeda figure, got him to talk in less than 35 seconds.
"The next day, he told his interrogator that Allah had visited him in his cell during the night and told him to cooperate," John Kiriakou, a leader of the CIA team that captured Zubaydah, said in an interview first broadcast last night on ABC News' World News. "For that day on, he answered every question. The threat information he provided disrupted a number of attacks, maybe dozens of attacks."
He added: "what happens if we don't waterboard a person and we don't get that nugget of information and there's an attack. I would have trouble forgiving myself ... At the time, I felt that waterboarding was something that we needed to do."
"It was like flipping a switch," he told The Washington Post of the waterboarding effect on Zubaydah.

Huckabee and McCain are against it. That speaks volumes.

I give McCain a free pass on this one only because of what he went through in Vietnam.

I think The west should use ALL METHODS of Interrogation and prosecute US gov't employees who leak Info to the reporters for treason.

Screw them , They do not deserve the benefits of the US constitution since they want to destroy It.

McCain's torture= in direct violation of the Geneva conventions.
Our "torture" of Islamic terrorists=not covered by the Geneva conventions.
In addition, I agree with Zip...I *hope* that we are torturing them. Although we really should just release them all, so we can do the job right a couple months down the road and kill the jackasses on the field of battle instead of giving them quarter and amenities that they've never had. Treat the savages like savages.

The Genva convention doesnt apply to captured terrorists. I also havent heard anyone like McCain and Huckabee how they would get information from these guys that would save lives.

Fuck taking terrorist as prisoners in the first place. Its a waste of tax dollars holding a guy in Gitmo for 5 years just to let him out later on! A $0.45 bullet dipped in spam placed right between the eyes of a terrorist would do a much better job and send a louder message to these assholes!

I never saw the point of keeping them for 5 years. I woudl think whatever info they have would be useless 5 years later.
