Sweden dhimmis out and bows to their Muslim overlords...
DAMASCUS, Sept 5 -Swedish Ambassador in Damascus Catharina Mempel Kipp extended on Wednesday her country's apology for drawings printed recently in Swedish newspapers that depict the Prophet Mohammad in an offensive manner.
Kipp expressed her respect to Islam and Muslims in general and the Syrian people in particular.
A statement by the Swedish Prime Minister Fredrik Reinfeldt affirms that Sweden is a country where people of different beliefs live together, and that the basis of Swedish society is respect, understanding and rejection of offensive action, violence and aggression.
Reinfeldt expressed his regret of the incident which has offended and upset Muslims, calling against instigating or offending other religion.
The statement was delivered by the Swedish Embassy to Syria's Grand Mufti Ahmad Badreddin Hassoun, who stated that a third party is attempting to harm the relations between Sweden and Arab and Islamic countries.

The problem we have in the West, is that we have swallowed the notion that Islam is a religion, rather than a fairly practical desert-survival-guide for 7th-century warlords who want to be successful and propagate, in a land where there is nothing, but a land surrounded by lands where there is stuff. We only have their "say-so" on this "religion" thingy, which may have been designed to pre-placate and pre-impress potentially enemy-neighbouring civilisations which actually did have the two monotheistic religions....so that some measure of Islamic hegemony could be established without a fight.

Agreed, it's a political ideology, not a religion. The sooner people realize this, the sooner we can fight it the way it needs to be fought!

We have already lost. The whole friggin world is scared to offend these people while they think nothing of what they do.
And while I know it is not the religion as a whole who perpetrate violent anti-west activities, the rest give it tacit approval with their Sopranos "yeah, but whadda you gonna do" attitude.
If the cowards were not petrified of the rot within their ranks, they would clean their own house. Utterly pathetic and we will lose because we give them the pass that we won't even give ourselves. The beginning of the end is coming and it sucks that it will happen in my and my children's lifetime.
